A world created in my dreams...

Welcome to the Mitoverse, a world from another dimension unlike ours, but similar in others. The world is expanded on by several short stories of a series of characters and world elements, re-conceptualizing different occupations held by some of the most famous people on Earth. Stories of Architects, Scientists, Fashion Designers, and Inventors told through the framework of a news paper/magazine articles from the fictional digest, The Mito Yorker. A lot of time was spent fleshing out each character, first presenting them in the form of a national stamp, and finally through candid captures of their daily lives.

Within each vignette a character study is presented. When creating each character I based them on identities in what one may call a high society. The type of people who may end up on a MET Gala or Presidential Guest list. Socialites, Scientists, Inventors, even a nepo baby for good measure and range. The types of people and personalities that inevitably elevate to higher status. Through them, their stories would flesh out the world as they shaped it through entrepreneurial ventures or scandal.

Spending time to understand each character made it very easy to fill their environments with elements that were true to them, whether it be a greenery, a manor, a lab, or a testing ground. The first series is made to show them in their private moments, a true and honest depiction of their personalities (vices and all).

-All in C4D using Arnold toon render for the line work and base colours

-Watercolour effects were then applied to the colour

-line work was then laid over it all
